Slow service made stay not so comfortable
I was really looking forward to a relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by excessive and noisy maintenance work that seemed to go on throughout the day. The constant drilling, sawing, and hammering (picture attached of worker reflection in the stairwell next to my room door) made it impossible for me to get any rest or enjoy some quiet time in my room. Additionally, when I asked for extra bath robes to accommodate my entire party, the response was slow, and we had to ask several times before getting them. The request took a long time. To make matters worse, when I requested a microwave to heat up some food, it took an inordinate amount of time (more than an hour) to arrive. I had to call the front desk multiple times to follow up on my request, which was frustrating and inconvenient. While the hotel itself has a lot of potential, the lack of attention to guest comfort and the slow service really detracted from my stay. Hopefully, the management will take steps to address these issues and provide a better experience for future guests. Rating: 2/5 stars.

It was a very expensive stay and you could hear doors opening and closing constantly. The ac/heat unit made lots of noise when it cycled on and off.

It’s a dated hotel, elevator power was down for a few hours with no back up generator for elevators. Finishes are old even in the suites. Noisy Aircondition. No bar in the room. Low quality food. You can hear loud cars and construction generators all night even on the top floors.
