Staff were excellent, convenient to the metro over, walkable, near a Publix if you don’t feel like a restaurant, and clean. Breakfast was probably the best I have ever had for being included and their are grab bags if you don’t have time to sit and eat.

The air-condition and the little fridge are out of date. They made noises. The iron is malfunctioning. Other than those are very good. The clerks at the front desk are very kind and helpful.

A very comfortable stay.

Very clean & smoke free room. 5 mins walk to nearby trolley bus and metromover station where the ride is free. The reception welcome guest with a warm smile. Will come back to stay if ever return to Miami.

Me and my wife stayed at the Hampton Inn Brickell before departure for our cruise and again when we returned a week later. Very nice hotel and great staff. They even allowed us an early check in when we returned from our cruise at 8:30 am. The hotel has a shuttle service to the port of Miami, however we were not told it was a separate fee of $8 per person. No big deal and cheaper than a taxi or Uber except once we reached the port, the driver told us he did not have our payment. I paid the driver plus a tip for the inconvenience. The only other issue would be the pool area was under construction. I was looking forward to relaxing by the pool and felt the hotel could have let us know in advance about the pool area construction. Overall, excellent clean hotel with complimentary drinks, thats a block away from the metro, trolly, mall and a lot of restaurants. We woukd stay here again!!!
