Exceptional staff. Disappointing accommodations.
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering a great start to our stay. However, many common areas of the hotel were dirty, soiled, or outdated, falling short of creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The front desk staff provided exceptional service, welcoming us warmly upon arrival. Their efficiency, kindness, and professionalism greatly enhanced our experience. We have stayed in both a regular king room and what is labeled as a suite. Unfortunately, the furnishings and amenities in the suite were lackluster and failed to provide the premium experience expected from an upgraded room category. While the staff consistently deliver courteous and professional service to ensure guests feel valued, the overall rundown condition of the hotel detracts from the stay. This disparity makes it difficult to consider returning for future visits. I strongly recommend an extensive renovation of the hotel's common areas and suites to align the accommodations with the excellent service provided by the staff.

Excellent option to stay in downtown Miami. The property is very well maintained and makes your feel comfortable instantly. The staff where very courteous and the complimentary breakfast was really good. The only issue I had was Hilton doesn't count the nights towards points if you book through a third party like Expedia, which is a shame. I am not going to use Expedia to book Hilton anymore.

The location of this hotel is great, a very safe area with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and bars and it's a 5 minute walk to Brickell Mall which has some nice restaurants. The hotel had great sized rooms , ideal for families , our room had two queen sized beds and a sofa bed which were very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and I would stay here again if I visited Miami. Breakfast was okay, I would have preferred healthier options but my kids loved the waffles.
