Due to a flight delay, we ended up needing a place to stay late at night. The reviews were okay for this place, and it met our needs (shuttle, two beds). Pros: shuttle was convenient (but be aware that it only runs at the top of each hour), staff was friendly and helpful, room was visually clean. Neutral: breakfast was free but not very appetizing and super crowded. Cons: the room stunk very badly, a/c unit didn't cool anywhere near what the thermostat said and was noisy. I don't know what the smell was, but it hit us as soon as we walked in...combination of stinky feet, mildew and old pizza?? If we wouldn't have been absolutely exhausted, I would have asked for another room. We tried to diminish it by running the a/c but it wasn't working at peak performance. Between the odor, less than optimal temperature and the breakfast, our stay was just tolerable, not great but not horrible. If you're in a pinch and just need a place to sleep, it'll do; but I wouldn't necessarily recommend this hotel. We travel through this airport somewhat regularly, and I will select another place should we have another delay.

Came in 8:30 pm expecting all to be in order since technically check in was 3pm- all we wanted was to shower relax and get the shuttle to the airport at 7am - so a shower & good night rest is what we are expecting NOT to get into the shower and have an empty conditioner on the wall and 1/2 shampoo . Needed that conditioner but am I really going to get out of shower get dressed and ready & wait at 9;30!! No - all for $$$

I had my two month old son. I asked for a crib and the hotel brought up the crib but didn’t bother setting it up for me and my wife. The hotel only offered hourly shuttle services so we were not able to eat breakfast. The conditioner in the bathroom was empty. I asked Abby at the front desk for more conditioner and she told me they didn’t have any available. Very disappointed in this Hampton Inn. These Hampton Inn hotels are not known to be like this.
