Started with the awesome shuttle driver. Recommended a great restaurant nearby and we’re so glad he did. Front desk staff moved us to the top floor because I asked for a higher floor, much appreciated! View was great and room was beautiful. Bed was super comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Check in was effortless and was so convenient we were early and they still let us into the room which was a blessing since we had been up since the wee hours. The lobby staff couldn’t have been more helpful and Accommodating.Our room was clean and spacious very nice the only thing I had a problem were the pillows , I like a firmer pillow and I’m sure I’m not alone . It would have been great if one was firm and the other feathery lite. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient and I am thankful that was one less Uber fee I had to spend . Thank you for a pleasant visit to your hotel and Miami
