To be fair the Hotel was good, the reception staff was friendly, the room clean and the beds comfortable. Close by Airport. What made me give 3 stars was because a 10 minutes line to toast our bagels (there was no regular bread) I don’t understand why there was one toaster only for a room full of people trying to have breakfast Nobody wants to eat cold bagels. The line got even longer after we were done. There was also 3 dirty socks left in our room from previous guest.

This was my first time in Florida so I wasn’t really sure what was what here but the front desks staff who assisted me during my 5 day stay( Joel, Orianna, and Isabella) where kind enough to provide me with excellent options for shopping and dining. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was tasty.

the pool was filthy. It hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. There was a plastic bag of trash floating in the pool from Walmart, dirt, sand, tree materials, etc in the pool Front staff was nice and helped accommodate a room change. The pool was one of the reasons we picked this hotel tho.
