Had to stay overnight to catch a flight. It’s a great location plus they have transportation to and from airport but plan on getting an Uber or Lift if you land at a later flight because their Shuttle stops at 11pm.

Cruise hotel

We had a late night arrival before our cruise and it was fast and quick. Service was great. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. They allowed us a late checkout the next day. And breakfast was good. Very courteous. Newish looking hotel. Large bathrooms. Only complaint is the shuttle stops at 10 pm while other hotels run all night . Our Lyft was 25 dollars so not too bad. Overall great hotel

Great value and location!

We needed a place to stay while visiting family in Miami and this property did not disappoint! It is located right off 826/Palmetto Expressway, making it super convenient. Since the building is fairly new (3-5 years old) it is in great condition, very clean and well kept. Breakfast was fine but enough to keep my toddler and get some coffee before visiting family.

Hotel is nice and clean. The only thing I would have loved is to have the ability to control the ac to turn the fan of it continuously. But nothing terrible is just for the white noise preferences.

We had an excellent stay here while waiting for airlines to catch up after a snowstorm. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the gym was well equipped, the pool was great and the room was clean and spacious.

Great custumer service and front desk support, friendly and professional. Shuttle service from airport is very convenient. Breakfast has options for all. Room and bathroom were clean and specious. Will recommend this hotel.

Stayed here 2 nights. Shuttle driver and check in staff very unfriendly.Free breakfast, ok it’s free, but no bread for toasting, just bagels, really, are you being serious, free or not surly you should have bread at breakfast. Second night at 2am the fire horn sounds ,we rush downstairs to be told by the fire dept, “it’s a false alarm “ and where are the hotel staff? nowhere, nope, not one of ‘em to be found. Next morning on check out I asked reception if I was due to a refund given I had a sleepless night because of there “false alarm”, I mean when they charge you for a nights stay in this hotel it means you actually get to sleep right? “the manager will call you”……no call, heard nothing. How would you feel if this was you? Make your own mind up, I have. AVOID.
