Ok enough for the short notice booking i did and the staff was accommodating regardless of my booking mistakes and they were able to help but the hotel seems like its missing quality in the rooms and just the environment seems off. It was an average stay but i dont think ill be staying in another one like this again, especially since parking has to be paid and you cant reserve and then pay later but that could have been on my short notice booking i dont know. Overall ok i guess but yeah not my preference when it comes to stays.

The desk clerk was friendly and accommodating. I’ve had a horrible experience at another hotel during this trip . Your staff needs to do teaching conferences and train other hotels on customer service .

Good Airport Hotel

We had an early flight and booked this hotel for the free breakfast & shuttle. Neighborhood is a bit rough looking so I would only book for short stays.

Great for a short stay

We chose this hotel for the airport shuttle and free breakfast. They are remodeling some areas. The neighborhood looked a little rough but we enjoyed our stay. We saw lots of families going on cruises staying here.The breakfast was good. The shuttle actually takes you to the casino, target & airports so it saves us some money on ride shares. The shuttle drivers were all nice. The front desk staff was mostly nice. The operator does not answer, sometimes i had to call a few times to request a shuttle.

The staff had excellent communication skills for my visit. The property has security for your protection. Walkable to some places to eat. The Fairfield felt clean and safe.
