Overall the hotel was very nice. The staff were very friendly and kind. The pool area was very nice, the only bummer was there were no pool towels and you had to go ask for them, they said they would bring some and never did. The room was clean and nice. Unfortunately the bathroom sink didn't drain well. The pillows were very flat and smelt. Otherwise it was a nice hotel and a good convent location.

Dissappointing

The hotel needs some updates and maintenance. The door to the bathroom kept getting stuck, the smoke alarm went off when we took showers. The TV remote didn’t work. The “bistro” was a Starbucks counter with slow service, Hotels.com offered a higher rate (which I selected) for breakfast included and the hotell didn’t offer that.
