There was bugs I was bit by bugs in my face my sister was bit as well hotels.com did not want to give me a refund there was blood on my bed finally when I recieve a refund a day later still no inconvenience compensation or any type of accommodation from hotels.com whom is 100 percent liable because I went through there third party app or company to book this reservation this is all a scam

The rooms were nicely cleaned staffs was nice. The air conditioner in the room a little loud, and the shower water pressure too weak. Everything else excellent.
