Elevators not working sending to room that was not ready charging 150.00 for deposit of one night stay then 17.00 for breakfast that wasn’t worth eating and still haven’t received my money back

I like the room was very clean and the equipment was new. The a/c working perfect but they have one elevator No working for days the property No have Handicap parking (law). The employees was very friendly and very clean.

I traveled with two handicap people. Every elevator was broken—we waited 20minutes with all luggage for the SERVICE elevator. The overnight staff at the desk is extremely rude and when anyone asked them for even water they said “you can pay.” At one point, the maid passed us crying…. The breakfast had a boiled scrambled egg and sausage patty. This is absolutely not what you should get when you spend over 200$ for one night .

When I asked the front desk girl about parking her answer was “I don’t know anything about that”. The elevators did not work and the only 1 the was operational took forever because so many people try trying to take it.

Nice downtown location

Enjoyed this one night stay in downtown. Within walking distance to eateries, shopping and overlooking the river. Park in the garage across the street and walk wherever you need to go downtown or ride the free train to get around. I will be back to explore more of the downtown area and it was close to the parking garage for our cruise pickup so it was a perfect fit for the occasion.

Great staff! Great hotel! Great stay!

Silveria at the front desk was such a sweetie! She greeted our traveling group with kindness and was very accommodating to my daughter with her young children. She even delt with an irate customer in the most nice way she could while we were there, and even apologized to us for his behavior.

The staff at this hotel was so nice! Silveria was such a sweet person. We only had a 1 night stay but she was so accommodating to our group of 9, which included my two young boys who were very tired from long plane ride. Best service I've had from a hotel staff in a long time!

Had to pay twice, one to book the room and another card to pay for the room and when checking out the refund of the gold for the room will be refunded. Not taking the amount what was paid and verify the card. Never heard of that before.
