Close walking to food was great. Complimentary breakfast was plentiful. No laundry services or water machine. Just ice machine on certain floors.

The Bed Rooms Were really nice. The staff were not welcoming and they lacked custoner service. They were not willing to help with luggage and it was basically do it yourself. The free breakfast was disappointing

I liked the view of the water canal. We watched boats of all colors pass by during the night. The next morning we saw a manatee swim by. Overall everything was clean and visually appealing

Great location

Excellent location for transport around the city via the free metro. Great value for money. Comfy beds, but a little loud from music from small river boat cruise traffic late at night - not the fault of the hotel obviously. Location outweighs this and would stay again.

This was a convenient option if traveling to Port of Miami. The only downside to our room was the lack of a television in the nice sized separate seating area and insufficient pool towels available first thing in the morning when the pool opens. The breakfast can use some attention/organizing (utensils at each food stand to avoid people using hands to handle food stuff. Otherwise, we had no other concerns.. we had a great time in Miami (Uber was a cheaper ride to the port)

There was no tea coffee facility in the room nor there was any glass to drink water. Bathroom had no door. With 4 adults sharing the room with no bathroom door was ridiculous. Front lady on the desk was very unhelpful. When I asked to change the room she was asking me to call expedia as I booked from there and she can’t help us with anything. She was denying anything I was asking for. I asked for a cup and she said no, i asked to use front desk phone to make a local call as my cell phone would have roaming charged if I called from my phone but she denied my request. I would not recommend this hotel at all as after a long travel you want some peace instead of going through this.
