We came in the night before a cruise and had really had an exhausting trip to that point. Easy check in and staff were friendly and helpful. Suggested some restaurants within walking distance. Really nice location on the River and the Riverwalk is just out the back door. Just a little warning - if you are there when a cruise is leaving - the morning can be a little of a mad house and there was a long line for the elevators between about 9:30 -10:30 with people leaving for the cruise dock. It did not impact breakfast or checkout but did impact trying to get back to our room! I definitely loved the location on the water!

Stayed 3 days and overall I give this property a 4 out of 5, the suite was very spacious. However, only one elevator worked, the iron didn't work, and the refrigerator wasn't getting cold, after informing the front desk of the room issues, they immediately resolved the issues, but the elevator wasn't back up and running until I was checking out.
