The WATER DOES NOT GET HOT AT ALL IN THE SHOWER… THEY DIDNT OFFER A REFUND, THE ROOM WASNT CLEAN WHEN WE GOT THERE NO TRASH BAGS NO SOAP NO SHAMPOO JUST TOWELS SITTING ON THE COUNTER…. WORST STAY EVER THR BED SHEETS HAD BLOOD STAIN ON THEM… BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR BED SHEETS

Great breakfast and close to shopping. We stayed here while evacuating for a hurricane so it was packed. Everything in my room became damp. It was wet under the AC unit and the room smelled like mildew.

I requested late checkout at the front desk and was offered 1pm checkout. I accepted and was told they would note my account. The next day I was disturbed 3 times between 12 and 1 by staff asking if I was leaving, 2 knocks at my door and a phone call. This was very disruptive and negates the reason I wanted late checkout, which was to relax.
