The room was very small and inconvenient because the vanity was right at the entrance and exposed, so if the door was opened for any reason, you'd be exposed. The shower was very small, only big enough for one person. The smell in the room was very unpleasant; it had a strong musty odor. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

Cafe da manha horrivel! Falta de seguranca
Fiz a reserva deste hotel com cafe da manha buffet, e quando fui ver . Era cafe da manha somente com 1 item a minha escolha Isso foi pessimo. Mandei entregar 2 pacotes da Amazon …. Ambos foram entregues no mesmo dia e no mesmo horario e assinado pela mesma pessoa. Porem 1 dos pacotes simplesmente sumiu me gerando um prejuizo de 138 dolares! Falei com o gerente e o mesmo falou que ia resolver. Nada resolvido. Falei com a pessoa da recepcao e a mesma disse que olharam as cameras e disseram que o pacote nao foi entregue! Pedi a filmagem e simplesmente ninguem me responde! Outro detalhe na madrugada quando sai do hotel nao tinha absolutamente ninguem na recepcao e varios pacotes da amazon largados na recepcao. Falta de seguranca total! Tenho inclusive a filmagem da minha saida do hotel sem ninguem para me atender

It was quaint. Arrived late around midnight. No place to eat. Shower- no shampoo - 2 conditioners and te shower gel was empty. Water leaked all over floor from the shower

Overall a good stay. Had an issue with young adults sitting in the hallway at 2 in the morning, having loud conversations. Not the hotel’s fault. Asked them to find a better place to talk and they did, begrudgingly.

After we were in the room the air conditioning was not working call a couple of times to the front desk no answer..I had to get dress and go to the lobby to notify about the AC after and hour they told me they can change us to another room, we had to pick everything from the room my wife was already in bed and put everything back in our luggage then the new room the heater was on making the situation worse I had to go down the Lobby again and then change to AC and wait 2 hours for the room to a get cold we end up going to sleep like 3 am after 10 hours diving to get there horrible experience

Terrible chemical perfume smell in what i can assume in all the guest rooms. They even had the nerve to plaster the hallways with leaflets saying it was because of "window cleaning" Staying here gave me a searing and lasting headache, it was late and I had no other place to go. Marriot/Bonvoy should be sued, sign me up for a class action

Beautiful room , great restaurant. The only thing is that you can easily hear things through the walls. It's allowed dogs and you can hear them if barking , as well as the cleaning staff in the morning. Thus if you wanted to rest after staying out late , if you are a light sleeper this may not be for you .
