Very comfortable apartment blocks away from the Coconut Grove metro station. Close to Cocowalk, the Marina, restaurants, night life, Coral Gables, the airport, Downtown and Little Havana. Perfect stop on your way to the Keys or to and from Cruises. You will feel at home in this studio. It also has cutlery, cookware, basic cooking supplies. We take great pride in our work and go out of our way to make your trip a great experience, take a look at our reviews. The apartment has an electronic lock, as part of the booking process I will provide you with the code and you can check in at any point after check in time. We try to finish the cleanup as quickly as possible and, when possible, I will send you a message if it is ready ahead of time. I love meeting my guests even though sometimes I don't get to see them in person due to work, but I am always available and willing to give you advice on what to do. The neighborhood is working class, the neighbors are friendly but it might be a bit culture shock if you are not used to the latin (mostly Cuban) community. The building neighbors have been there for about 6 years and have never had any issues with them you can feel absolutely safe. It is located in the Silver-bluff area of Miami, it is a working class community between Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. Two streets away there is a great supermarket call Milam's. There are also local spots like Daily Bread which is one of my favorites. You can walk to Coconut grove to hang out with the UM crowd or take the Metrorail to Brickell to hit a lounge or a club. Very walk-able and a 2 minute walk to the Metrorail station, that would take you anywhere in Miami, can also connect with the bus system to get you across to south beach. If you rent a car, there is plenty of free street parking next to the building . You can go to the supermarket, coconut grove or if you are feeling adventurous take a trip to South Beach or Coconut Grove. If you head east to Coconut Grove you have: nice restaurants, local bars and shops, paddle-boarding, kayaking, biking, Viscaya or The Barnacle. If you head west you can go to Miracle Mile for some shopping and dining or catch the local crowd at a happy hour at Tarpon Bend, Hillstone or Bulla. You can also go to Venetian Pools or grab brunch at the Biltmore. If you take the metrorail north you can go to Brickell or Downtown Miami, where you will find lounges, restaurants, museums, Bayside, Miami Airlines Arena, Opera House and lots more.
