Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.

This house is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
