Enjoy the breathtaking view from this south corner unit at Sea Winds. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo on the 10th floor offers a panoramic view of the entire 3+ miles of crescent beach. The master bedroom features a brand-new king bed, while the guest bedroom is furnished with twin beds. The living room includes a sleeper sofa suitable for children, but not for adults. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, and there's a 55" Smart TV in the living room, complete with a sound bar and sub-woofer. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's a dining area and comfortable balcony seating to savor the stunning sunsets. The condo features all-tile flooring and a brand-new full-size front-loading washer and dryer.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.

This condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.

Anniversary celebration!
My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary on Marco. This property was fantastic! Great views from the balcony watching dolphins and manatees and well stocked with everything we needed. Super week!

Unit definitely needs updating
Great location but unit is very dated. Furniture too big for rooms, bed frames on twin beds were so big that you could not shut the bedroom door. Dryer vented into unit. Kitchen needs some major upgrades. Freezer door could not open as it was against a wall and door handle was in way of wall. 6 plates from the 1980’s and 5 forks. Brand new pots and pans. Blinds to slider and bedroom windows broken. Stayed in many units in the Sea winds that are much nicer for the same price

Beautiful Beachfront Marco Island Condo
We loved it! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, with easy, close access to the beach. A wall of glass patio doors and outside balconies facing the beach & ocean allow for gorgeous ocean views and breezes, when not on the beach. The sunsets were fantastic! If you love to gather shells, they are everywhere on the beach (but not underfoot when walking in the sand near the water). The heated pool and hot tub were great for swimming and relaxing in warmer water. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrella, and towels. Having the washer and dryer combo in the condo was so convenient, too. We loved the recliners to relax in. We highly recommend this condo.
