Dear Angela, We appreciate you taking the time to review our hostel. Thank you for pointing out that more places need to be available for recycling, we at Thameside care about recycling and sustainability and as we currently move to the last phase of our refurbishment that finishes by the end of this month, more places are going to be made available to our guests to give them the opportunity to recycle even more when our self-catering kitchen reopens to its full capabilities. Dear Chris, Thank you so much for your review. We are glad the hostel was of your liking. Few toilets are in need of some refurbishment, we're planning on doing a future refurbishment asap, we had already a refurbishment done not long ago which left a lot of rooms and communal areas looking amazing.
