Let me take this opportunity to explain about the Aparthotel concept and why this concept is getting so popular in comparison to hotels. The Aparthotel concept is based on home away from home feeling and providing alternative options for Hotel rooms. Most of the hotels are so expensive, particularly in big cities. The reason why Hotels are expensive is that their rates include services like daily housekeeping (which today's traveler doesn't need), in-house restaurant and Bars ( why a guest would like to spend in expensive in-house restaurant and Bar when you have plenty of choices just a step away) and many other reasons. As an Aparthotel we cut down all those overheads costs and can provide an alternative option for Hotels, basically the luxury of an apartment combined with the convenience and service of a hotel room. You get the best of both worlds at an aparthotel We have 6 different types of apartments, size starting from 14 to 22 sq meters.
