Being our first time in London and travelling alone with my 12 year old daughter this hotel was great! A 2 minute walk to Lament North subway which can get you to most attractions! It’s less busy than the more central subways so easy to get on and off and so much less stressful when trying to figure things out for the first time. Coffee shop and restaurant right across the street as well as a tesco express. Mini fridge and ice maker available at the hotel. Also very central for walking as well - about 20-30 min walk will get you to the London eye, Big Ben areas. Initially when we first arrived I was a bit nervous as it didn’t seem like there was much around - but honestly a few minute walk away and you are basically in the Center of London - so the calm is great!

Disappointed with room not being cleaned before 16.00 called room service after we had been out sightseeing and was told someone would be straight up. 30 mins cleaner arrived but didnt clear away all cups and left 3 towels and 3 tea bags/milks despite it being booked as a room for 4. Given the price was pretty underwhelmed

A beautiful, quirky hotel full of sensory features. The staff were extremely helpful at organising our luggage, before we could officially check in. The room was very clean and modern with bedside features to enable you to switch on and off everything in the room for the comfort of your bed- including the curtains. It was a hotel that we couldn’t maximise the facilities for: eg breakfast or swimming, as our stay was less than 24 hours simply for the TS concert and a holiday departing from Waterloo station the next am. However, I have promised my daughter that we will return an utilise it more. It’s in a convenient location for a close by tube- North Lambeth is opposite it and Waterloo Station is a 10 minute walk. There are plenty of eateries close by. Would recommend for a stylish short stay.
