We were greeted by the frontiers, very polite and helpful. Provided all the necessary information for the stay. We enjoyed staying in a triple room with our baby. Warm, cosy and clean room.

I had trouble with the heating system. I couldn’t get the room warm. Staff were very helpful. But I think issue is with insulation not the heater. The bathroom had a small window, but no heater, so it was always very cold.

Room was okay, rest of the hotel a bit worn. Would have been a higher rating if it wasnt for the free bottle of wine - whilst i wasnt expecting the best wine ever, i was expecting something at least palatable. Truly the worst wine ive ever tasted.

Definitely would stay again.

We thought Warren House was a beautiful place. The building is beautiful with a great atmosphere. The complementary bottle of wine was an unexpected bonus and it was very drinkable. The standard double room was large and cosy. We had a mini fridge and coffee machine which is great. The staff were lovely, they brought up our wine and brought extra coffee and milk. We used the pool, which is an ok size,it was quiet and views of the gorgeous walled garden. Points to make the stay better would be a bath where the bath sized shower was and hand soap dispensers instead of the soap bar that gets thrown away after a few uses. But minor things really.
