Great location. Reasonable price

Great location and very reasonably priced. Basic breakfast, no hot plate. Shower is amazing. Cleanliness let down as we found rotten clemantine peel and previous occupants PJ's. However, would recommend and stay again.

Business Stay

Great hotel, great price. Do not be put off by the construction work outside. It does not interfere. Near Barons Court tube station, walking distance. Highly recommend.

Good location, newly refurbished, shame about the cleanliness

Positives Nearest stations are barons court and west kensington, good base into central London Price was reasonable Room is newly refurbished Breakfast is included- basic continental offer Negatives Cleanliness- Bed linen was dirty and had various stains on it. Had not been changed. Hairs also on the lamp. No iron Not enough crockery for all guests staying- had to constantly wait for cutlery etc to be washed Currently being refurbished so outside is covered by scaffolding

A little bit 'Carry on Abroad' but good value nonetheless

The builders were in - I was given the wrong room key, the workers tried to enter my room when I was attempting to shower - and our loo locked itself from the inside and we had to get a member of staff to prise it back open with a screwdriver!!! But, you know what - the location was perfect for going to see Kate Bush, and the staff were friendly. The cost of the room was fair and the room was clean - My only concern is that they failed to mention that the builders were in and everywhere was clearly still under construction. All that said - Once all the work has finished, and I needed to stay again in the area on a budget - I would stay here again.

Nice hotel mixed in quiet and clean residential area. Clean and comfortable! Bit weird room layout. Wi-fi was so bad and affected the whole visit since its not EU prices here anymore with mobile. Total would be 4-5 stars *considering the price* with decent wi-fi.
