Nice rooms and comfy bed and lovely bathrooms, the room could do with a lick of paint to freshen up but apart from that everything was fine and there was everything we needed in the room.

Nice hotel but very small rooms
I don't know if this is typical of London hotels but the rooms here are super tiny. Also not having a lift made it really difficult to lug a heavy suitcase up three flights of stairs in addition to the lobby stairs. If you are traveling with a lot of luggage or have mobility issues I would avoid this hotel entirely. That being said hotel itself is very nice. It has an elegant decor and the staff was very nice. The location is a little shady and bit hard find. The entrance is tucked away between two other buildings and the scaffolding made it even harder to locate especially at night.

Great hotel for short stays.
Shepherds Bush is quite a noisy area, but the double glazing kept the noise levels low. The room was a double and although quite small, had everything you would need. The decor was pleasant and the aircon was quiet and efficient. The shower was excellent and the bed very comfortable. There was complimentary water and tea/coffee making facilities. Recommended for short stays.

Unassuming from the outside, but really nicely decorated and modern inside. Very friendly and helpful staff. 2 mins or less to Shepherds Bush underground and overground. Very close to lots of restaurants.

Fine is about the best I can say. Really soft bed and thin old hollow fibre pillows. Not to mention the room needing a deep clean (heavy dust on lap fitting, grout and caulk in the bathroom needed deep cleaning/replacing)

The ‘room’ is so super Noisy until 11pm. The bed was so soft in the middle that we had to rotate the mattress as a last resort. Bad backs be warned. There is only 1/4 of the free to air channels available??? The room is Absolutely tiny. The fridge broke and took 3 attempts to replace. Woken by a fire alarm at 5am. The area is quite disgusting. It is filthy, full of sad people down on their luck and we saw the end of a stabbing on the Main Street. For the money it is appalling. On the plus side, the staff (although one guy was obv battling the flu!!) were very friendly. The bathroom, although very dim, was good. Towels were Lovely.

such a lovely place to stay, perfect for what we needed it for! room was lovely and cleaned and was air conned which was so nice too. bathroom was nice and spacious and shower was amazing! definitely recommend staying here was in perfect location to train station and loads around to do as well! the lady behind the desk was super lovely and accommodating, made the stay as easy as possible! thank you so much, cannot wait to stay again!

The location is fantastic - right next door to the underground, overground and around the corner from Westfield London. Lots of options for food around too. Hotel room was small but to be expected. There were some things that could do with some more attention - stained curtains, headboards and the drain smell from the bathroom was almost unbearable at times. Access is all skinny and narrow stairs so be mindful of this. However staff were attentive and friendly. Thank you!
