Good loc. for public transport. OK neighbor
It was Ok, but there were black ants in second bedroom and bath, a light in first bathroom was burnt out, I texted them but nothing done about it. Also when I requested extra towels I was told we had what we needed one for two nights and three days.

I won't say we didn't have any issues, but I will say that the response time was outstanding. Due to a mix up between our booking agent and the apartment management the sofa was not made up as a bed. However after a quick email we had bedding delivered within the hour. Also all of our question concerning the property were answered in a very timely manner. Our deposit was refunded the same day as checkout. Our family walked down to the Tesco (<1/2 mile) each evening and everyone pick out a meal that we cooked/heated in the nicely equipped kitchen. The Battersea Park Train station is one stop from Victoria Station and right next to the apartment, making access to all of the sites as easy as could be. Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay in London with this apartment be a large part of that enjoyment.
