A great find.

Great find. Close to London but with that village feel. Close to Richmond Park and great shops on the high street. Wonderful pub, got it just right. Comfortable, classy, great food, fantastic staff, not a single issue with anything. Room is amazing, large, boutique, individual. So much nicer than a bland chain hotel option.

Really lovely boutique style pub B&B however the complimentary continental breakfast was not offered on a Monday however this wasn’t listed on the Expedia listing thus adding a further cost and inconvenience having to seek elsewhere for breakfast.

Excellent location, right near Richmond Park. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean room with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Really quiet overnight, planes overhead in the morning. I would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my 3rd stay at the Victoria. My room was good and the bed was comfortable. On this visit I did have time to stay for breakfast both mornings which was good. I enjoyed the evening meal in the pub area too. Having now determined which buses go where locally it was very convenient from Richmond station either by bus or walking. I enjoyed a walk in the evening into Richmond Park and did see some deer. Thank you to all the staff at the Victoria who were always very helpful and considerate. I look forward to my 4th visit

Hidden gem

The Victoria is a hidden gem! It was a convenient stay for attending Wimbledon. The transport link was excellent. Lots of street parking available. The hotel room was a bit small but comfortable and stylish. Although the main light fitting didn't work the staff were on hand to do what they could to make us feel comfortable. We even had a complimentary hot breakfast, which was delicious! Definitely would stay again
