Nice hotel, disappointing room

There was as huge queue at check-in and no automated capability, so just had to wait. The building itself is nice and we heard no noise from the corridor or from adjoining rooms. The room was clean and furniture was in good condition although there was no air-conditioning or ability to set the room temperature. However, I was very disappointed with the room. I booked a twin room (i.e. twin single beds) as I was sharing with a friend. What we got was two single beds that had been put together to make a huge (king or emperor size) bed. It's a good job we've known each other for 35 years or it could have been very awkward having to share. I won't be booking here again.

Basic but comfy

Only staying for one night. Basic room and the hotel looks like it is in the process of being upgraded, but the bed was comfy and we had no issues with our stay. Would stay there again. Staff very friendly.

Yes, as per other reviews it is dated but it is comfortable and convenient. The check in staff are very friendly and helpful. Perfect hotel for a night stay when seeing concerts at the o2.

Nice place and good location

It was an older style of room with many of the fixtures and fittings a little bit worn. This was not a great problem but definitely didn't feel new.

This property is extremely dated, there is no aircon in the room, the room was extremely hot and we had to ask someone to open the window for us which we had to leave open all night due to the room being too hot however the noise outside was very loud and I did not get a good nights rest. Room was dusty, we asked for wine glasses in which we was refused and given paper cups from the bar after asking them.

It's very cold blowing through the cracks in the windows, we got sick overnight, there were other people's hairs on the beard cups in the bathroom, springs were sticking out of the mattresses and pressing on our sides, sorry, this is the worst hotel, despite the fact that the staff was very polite and nice.
