Advertised as kitchenette with cookware, etc. but cupboards empty so kitchen pointless. Advertised as having air con, but there wasn’t any so had to make do with the window up and still unbearable and barely slept due to the noise from the trains below. Bathroom tiny, couldn’t swing a cat in there. Lift controls over engineered and slow. Property poorly signposted so takes a while to find. Room doors slam violently - yes they hurt. Reached out to ARK with feedback in the first instance, they couldn’t be bothered to reply.

Lovely hotel
Hotel was very nice. Very clean. Amazing facilities Pool Hot tub Sauna Gym Golf Games room Cinema etc all included Only bad things were our shower door was broken, No A/C so room gets very hot although there was a fan and the rooms are slightly small but good if youre only there for 1-3 days. Also you have to request kitchen utensils. Would definitely return though

Innitially switched room because the first room assigned to us was not clean at all the toilet looked like it hadn't even been cleaned before our check-in. However stage serving was kind enough to switch room but the only downside no AC in any rooms apart from communal areas .. especially in the heat was a struggle sleeping

The property was very clean and looked great. We loved the extra activities that were available on site. The only improvement would be on the communication with the property prior to us arriving. We sent a message and did not get a response.

The view from the 20th floor was amazing!! I think the property i rented was small, i will look at other options next time. The studio was hot, could do with an air-condition for the summer. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, we will come again. Thanks

We stayed for one night, as we went to an event at the O2. All the staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. There were no issues, but an earlier check-in, to get rid of bags would have been useful. The room was clean and tidy. Very functional. Good facilities, from what we heard, but as it was only a short stay, didn’t use them. I would definitely recommend👍

Very close to DLR, handy for getting into London. Room was very clean, bed comfortable. However the clue as in the title... studio room. Not much space at all. Bed was up against one wall, so one of us had to climb over. Shower room was very small, had to come out to dry off properly after the shower. No air conditioning, just a small desk top fan. If staying more than one night would definitely recommend a larger room if available. Staff lovely, very professional, friendly and helpful. Didn't use any other facilities so cannot comment on them.

The room was exceptionally hot. The noise from the nearby DLR meant we either had to have the window closed, and be really hot, or have the window open, but have excessive noise. The bathroom was tiny.
