Loved staying at this property full of many useful amenities. As a working professional, this hotel had everything I needed - cafe, multiple co-working spaces, pool, sauna, etc. Hotel is very well maintained and feels very safe with friendly staff. I'd highly recommend for any young working professional. Will definitely be returning!

Small residential flat rented on a daily price
This was the 2nd time when I stayed at this 4 stars rated hotel, 2 nights each time. The room is that small that you cannot strech your both arms, or leave your luggage open.There were no glasses in the room, no hangers in the closet, no hairdryer, or iron board.The bathroom is so small that the floor mat cannot be fully open on the floor. The room was clean, but it's definetly not a 4 star hotel, I tend to believe it's more like a residential building that gets rented on a daily basis. Suitable for one person only.

The Ark not nice
The staff where on there phone when i was trying to check in ,the room was far to hot the widow did not open there was a fan i put it on only to have dust go all over me and the room,there where long hairs in the shower on the toilet all over the floor in the living area and also in the fridge.The floor had not been swept and my socks where covered in dust and hairs so not a great start to my stay at the Ark hotel. Not happy atall about my stay just gad it was 1 night . So looking for a fefund im not sure if you can help .

Awful experience. Turned up late as advised at 22.40pm to be told flatly that all bookings had been cancelled that day due to staff shortages. No correspondance sent to warn of this. No alternative offered, just told i would have to find somewhere else to stay. (At least 20 other people arriving and told the same whilst i was finding another location.) Refund was promised but didnt arrive unril it was chased. Stay in london two nights every week, Will Never book this hotel again.

Nice hotel
The stay was good. Room was clean but next to the DLR so I got wakened up early every morning. Shower was very small and might be hard to navigate for someone with mobility issues. Bar was nice and had a good view but no alcohol free beers.

Wonderful helpful staff. Accommodation awful, room extremely small, bed tiny only one bedside table the bed is pushed up against the wall/window making it drafty on that side. In the Kitchen no plates or utensils provided. Bathroom is the smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen. If you were slightly on the larger size you would not be able to fit in the bathroom let alone the shower. The bathroom itself was dirty and needed maintenance to fit peeling paintwork and clean the grout of the “baby sized” shower. I would definitely not stay here again or recommend this to anyone
