Our flat is perfectly located in the nicest part of Notting Hill - on the corner of Westbourne Grove and Ledbury Road. The flat is large (1350 square feet) with high ceilings, lots of light and is decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The flat has a very large open plan kitchen and living room with a lovely Bulthaup kitchen.

There is a very large master bedroom with a supering bed and lots of built in storage. The bathroom has a double his and hers sink and a powerful rain shower. The second bedroom is also a good size and is bright and has a very comfortable bed and mattress as well

During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Portobello Road Market. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a TV and a microwave in the apartment.

beautiful home with a few issues

First of all this is a beautiful well care for and thoughtfully designed home in a most perfect location. I was however left feeling unhappy with my stay due to the worst communication I have yet to have on a rental site. I landed in a very hot week and the property is listed with A?C in reality there is a fan in the second floor bedroom. Im well aware that normally its not an issue but if its important to you or you are in a hot week it may. I was staying by myself for 8 days and I soon found out the tv was not connected as they are in the middle of listing it so I jumped on an email right away and simply asked for help as it was listed with a TV. Jon got back to me after I tried to reach Samantha and he said I could hook it up but without a code I could not log in after three emails very politely asking and never having my emails returned I gave up super sad as there was no music or tv. The washer worked but they said the dryer was not working but they would send someone out in the week ( that didn't happen so I washed and just hung my stuff around on chairs as there was no drying rack ) the bath has a tub but the tub filler or the hand held was not working and I couldn't figure out the hot water and because they never got back to me I just took cold showers..it was warm out so it was fine. I think the takeaway was for the price these things should be addressed and the listing updated to list what is present. and after all that it was still a nice week because of location!
