Very clean and comfortable hotel to stay. Great location as well, however I would recommend to bring your own hairdryer, because it was missing from our room ....

Electric wires hanging out next to the bed on head's height next tube is a 15mins walk, bus 3mins not possible to contact the owner, check-in was a fuss (no phone, no email) location in google maps is completely wrong no wifi provided street level, a bit noisy

The triple room, 4, was extremely spacious and neatly presented. The person/manager? I was in contact with by text but never saw, was polite and courteous. My major cause for complaint is that there was absolutely no wifi. I kept texting the person ( no human beings at property) and s/he continued to give me a wifi and password for something that did not show up on our phones. Reading reviews of this place, it seems like wifi is a major problem. We ended up having to use data a lot. The fancy tv in the room does not work. There are no signs at the property so please Google Map it ahead of getting there. It’s a good ten minutes walk from Plaistow Station and a little more from Westham. I don’t think I would recommend this place. I would ask Expedia to edit their descriptions on the site too.

This hotel is a complete scam no door very hard to find no number too call will never block from here again absolute scam can driver couldn’t find only one picture on google no name

Je vais commencer par les côtes positifs. La chambre est belle, spacieuse et bien équipée. La literie est plus que confortable. On est bien placé. À proximité se trouve l'énorme centre commercial Stratford ainsi qu'une gare desservant le train et le métro. Le côté négatif est que c'est pas un hôtel mais bel et biens une chambre d'hôtes, où vous arrivez sans voir le propriétaire qui vous envoie par mail le code d'entrée. Il n'est pas non plus précisé que les toilettes et la douche sont Collectives aux autre chambres. Le wifi et la télévision ne fonctionne pas parfaitement. Néanmoins malgré tout ces petits détails j'ai passé une très bonne semaine. Et même si je n'ai pas beaucoup vue le propriétaire, il s'est montré très Poli et très accueillant. Je conseille donc cette chambre d'hôtes à conditions de connaître tout les détails.
