Good place to stay and I would use this hotel again. Because it is part of Stamford Bridge stadium the security felt very good. Only negative was the elevators, which were a little temperamental/slow to service the floors.

Good, as expected

All good, pretty much matched expectations of a standard UK 4 star for a short stay. Clean and well priced given the location Only negatives were a complete lack of plug sockets (3) in a double room, all of which were well away from the beds. Not exactly convenient when everyone now has a mobile phone, iPad, laptop etc… Bring an extension lead! Also, air con couldn't be turned off but the reality is this is the same in most hotels. Furthermore, when I paid via contactless/Apple Pay it appeared to go to the ‘Chelsea Cake Company’… I noticed this immediately and highlighted it to staff who took details etc. I don’t think this is a hotel fault, more a banking fault, but staff appeared to handle it all immediately

Great Hotel friendly service

Staying whilst we took a trip to Myrtle restuarant which is nearby. Everyone very friendly with a smile. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast too. Really good.

Staff very friendly and helpful . Was giving free upgrades to the club room, the room was great bigger than the one I had in my previous stay but it was right at train line. We could hear the train every time it passed and on Saturday morning there was some construction work going on around 9 am.

Very uncomfortable. Cold. Dingy. Too expensive

The bathrooms were never cleaned. There were flies coming from the sink daily. The toilet seat was broken. The flush barely worked. The lobby furniture was old and dingy. And the room was always cold.

Not worth money.

Not worth the money. Nice hotel but not happy to be told they had parking then after booking was told they don't actually own the carpark and it's closed on match days. Check in was slow and breakfast wasn't great. For £200 on I expected the best.

Expectations not met

When I arrived I was upgraded. The room was very outdated but looked clean. But the sink was all cracked and woke up this morning with inflamed eyes. I only get this from dust mites.
