Great service

Staff found my purse and called me to let me know it had been handed in. Very honest as it was an expensive designer purse with a large amount of cash inside. Organised for this to be picked up by royal mail and delivered back to me.

Although there were signs of being tired and in need of cosmetic updates I found the bed to be exceptionally comfortable and the shower powerful. Breakfast choices were good
