The staff were very responsive and helpful. The room was spacious enough and the shower was large. It was quiet despite being on a fairly main road area. Grocery store and take away food places within 5 minutes walk. The breakfast and dining area was lovely and you can access this area at all times to make a tea or coffee (as there are no facilities for this in the room. A lovely breakfast of cereals, juices, toast, pastries, ham, cheese and cooked foods was included in the price. OEasy parking if you have a rental car and clise proximity to the airport. Good for our one night stop over.

The beds and room were good. More hooks on doors for jackets or towels would be greatly appreciated! The breakfast was just ok; more and better choices are needed. Saw a mouse in our room once, but just the once. Staff askes if we left our window open, but our window looked into an interior kitchen area... Overall great staff and a nice stay, but just a few minor improvements and details would take this location to the next level.

When wanting a place just a few minutes from the airport certain compromises need to be embraced: The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean, and the breakfast was comprehensive and well-presented. However, being only a few minutes away from the airport means accepting the noise of aircraft passing low every couple of minutes. On balance price and the romance of the start of a journey means I will stay there again.

Great location

It was great. Close to the airport and easy to catch the subway. Do not leave anything on the floor. We had a guest in our room….a mouse

Great staff.

Great staff and friendly. Would stay here again. Daily breakfast and housekeeping. Easy access to train and buses. Groceries nearby.

Great stay and staff

Great stay. House converted into a B&B. Daily breakfast. Less than 5 minutes from the train/bus station. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great staff to discuss London with and things to do.

Best was that there was free parking onsite - massive PLUS. The duvet cover , bedsheets while clean were a little old and worn. The room was small for a double , luckily I was on my own. With a partner , it would have been a little cramped. The staff were wonderful - I missed breakfast (my fault) , however I was served a nice hot coffee and a croissant.
