WE ARRIVED OK AND GIVEN A ROOM THAT ON CLOSER INSPECTION WAS PROB NOT CLEANED. TISSUE IN TOILET WASTE IN BIN CRUMBS ON PILLOW NO FRESH SHEETS ON BED MY SUGGESTION CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL THEY DID EVENTUALLY CHANGE OUR ROOM BUT WAS LATE AT NIGHT.

The hotel is a little dated—somewhat shabby beyond the reception area. Was hugely disappointed to find there was no shuttle to Heathrow. Expected that to be a given. With a tip the 10 minute uber ride cost us more than $50, so factor that in when pricing hotels in the area. Breakfast was good. The Sports Bar was overpriced and quite slow.

A bit generic
Very generic - the pool area which was in the photos was closed. The plug sockets in the room were for foreign plugs ?!?! They didn't have an information book which would have been really helpful
