After reading some of the reviews on here i tried to cancel my booking but wasnt able without losing my deposit. Cant find any negatives,friendly staff at the check-in,the room was very big,clean and everything was catered for. For me personally I dont think the hotel deserves some of the negative feedback but as they say you cant please all the people all of the time. Highly recommend this hotel and will book again

The fridge didn't work and we lost $20 of food. It was why we chose to stay there. Room phone didn't work. I regged 3 staying and only 2 towels were in bathroom.

Very run down and not particularly clean. Comfy bed but awful pillows - didn’t sleep. No towels in room on arrival and it was a family room. No shuttle to airport terminals, have to get an Uber! Would not stay here again.

Really nice comfortable bed. Very considerate Reception Staff. Good size room though needs a little TLC in certain areas like wardrobe doors and fridge was not switched on. Also bath narrow and shower head very old and tired looking.

The name Sheraton to me means style and class but this Hotel was beautiful as you enter but my room was old and tired. The bathroom door didn’t close , The air conditioning control was broken off there was visible damage in the bathroom and only one plug to charge things and without an extension cable it wouldn’t reach the bedside table. The bed was really comfy and lovely pillows. The staff in the sports bar were lovely and the burger was delicious. All in all I expected a smarter more up to date room at a Sheraton. I’ve stayed at the Ibis and premier in on bath road and both were in better condition..
