Enjoyed the stay

Like so many a stay before flying off to our holiday. Hotel was great, clean comfortable and friendly. Think the parking charge was a bit expensive considering we were staying at the hotel, not sure why but think ill check costs next time!!!

Ideal location for Heathrow Airport

Nice and friendly check in. As this was a short stay I am limited to my experience feedback points. All ok apart from when checking out the reception staff were unable to printout my receipt because I had booked with Hotels.com. What is that about ?

We have stayed here a few times as it has on site parking. This time we booked a trip to Valencia and even though it was obvious via Expedia we could not go the hotel would not refund or credit our cost to an alternative date. The cost is okay and there is a great pub nearby called the Pheasant Inn but I’m really angry about your attitude towards customers misfortune.

The hotel is stunning, spacious, and staffed by friendly, attentive people. Everyone was welcoming, and the bars provided a great spot to unwind. I chose the hotel for its convenient location, just under half a mile from Purple Parking. Unfortunately, my stay in Brussels was somewhat overshadowed by this hotel, which set a high bar for the rest of my accommodations.
