Everyone, especially George, was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was delightful and my eggs were freshly made! Everywhere was clean and tidy including outside areas. Definitely going to stay again.

No shower gel when Y checked in. The room smelled and the A/C didn’t work. They had also soup and vegan sandwiches to buy after 11pm. Everyone was ordering from Deliveroo. Sorry but i’m not keen on staying there again.

Great hotel, good location for exploring London
5/minutes from Bayswater Tube station, quiet location, good lifts (wheelchair accessible), couple of ok pubs nearby too serving food. Hotel well maintained, staff polite and efficient although I would take breakfast elsewhere as not great.

Great stay
Found the staff to be very helpfull and accommodating, a special thanks to Nina at reception. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Hotel was located very close to the motorway so going to and from work was a breeze. When im next in the area will not hesitate to rebook.

It was OK. Close to transportation (underground) but for the price (Yes Taylor Swift was playing that night) I wish I stayed closer to downtown London. Lighting in bathroom was not good. Bathroom set up in general wasn’t good. There was nothing terrible about the stay just nothing they would make me want to stay there again.
