I only gave them 1 star because zero and negative 5 stars was not available! This was an absolutely horrifying experience! The property turned out to be an old house with individual rooms for rent, not a traditional hotel as we expected. We were placed in a basement room with no air conditioning, and it was unbearably hot. There was no one to greet us or help us check in nor did hotels.com send us a code to get in. A random person staying had to help us figure out how to get a hold of someone from the property. The entire place had a terrible odor, like unwashed armpits. We were so uncomfortable that we had to sleep sitting up because we felt unsafe, and our kids were in tears. Other guests expressed the same concerns. I feel misled by Hotels.com, as this was presented as a regular hotel. This place is not safe—avoid it at all costs! It was giving hotel Transylvania but worse!!
The hotel needs many updates. Outside and hallway lights did not work. The stairway carpeting needs to be replaced. The faucet in our room was not bolted down only cauked on. The toilet paper holder was broke. The wall fans do not work and the small desk fan they provided would not blow any air around. We could not get the hot water valve to work. One of our friends was eventually able to get it unstuck. The out door seating area in front had duct tape all around. No soap holder in the shower and no towel rack. They only provide 2 large towels and no face towels.
There was absolutely no staff to assist us with things like restocking toilet paper and towels, the bathroom was so damp and musty, could barely breathe in there. The overall condition of the building, which wasn’t even the Sino Hotel but the Orlando Hotel next to Sino, was very poor and rundown. It looked unfinished or damaged. The stay was fine if you just need a bed and a place to dump your things, but it wasn’t pleasant.
The ground floor window did not lock and could be opened from the outside. The staff were very helpful and tried to fix the problem but the bodged repair job didn’t work. They said could not relocate me due to being fully booked and said my only other option was to cancel my reservation and go somewhere else (which I could not do due to a commitment that night). When I asked for a partial refund I was told the maximum I would get is 25%. Also very bad smell coming from the drains in the bathroom and the pillows are uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying in this hotel.
In a good location near the train lines. Busy street. Did not get email with door codes until arriving, which was a bit stressful as no reception. Stated they didn't have my email address but booked through Expedia and gave all my details. Could t get hotel number until going to the front door of hotel.
Found the check in easy enough and had no problems with the keyless entry. Room was clean and the beds were very comfy. We also had a lovely view from the room with being on the top floor. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again

Cosy and just big enough for what we needed but not the cleanest in the bathroom and no hand soap either. Took over an hour to get the access codes so we werent able to get in for a while
The staff were first class, loved the free personal touches (toiletries, welcome card with chocolate among other things) and fantastic location for public transport, shops etc.
I will definitely be returning at a later date and happily recomend to others.
After reading the reviews my main concern was not being able to access the property as it is unmanned. The email with door codes and access details never arrived so before i was due to head to the property i called and they sent the email straight away. Access was then quite easy.

We received all our checkin info via email which was very good
Upon arrival we used the keycode to enter the property which was very easy.
On entering the room we found it occupied with staying guest
There were phone and whatsapp numbers provided no of which were answered when we called
After 40 minutes of trying to get hold of someone we were told by another guest to go next door as there were staff in the adjoining building
We were given a different room and checked in
The room was smaller than the first one with damp marked walls, musty smell
The electrical items were all of of date on the safety check some by over a year
Standard was not good overall
The roos were very noisy and we could hear the other guest all through the night

We did receive a call from the customer service the following day so I guess they knew there had been an issue with the check in and rooms

In a pinch it will do.
Glad we only needed it for 2 nights as I can’t imagine staying longer. The shower took 10 minutes to get WARM once you were even able to get IN the shower as the door didn’t open all the way and also didn’t close properly.
