I had a business function at Wembley arena . This hotel is in a short walking distance , so perfect. Plenty of shopping and car parking nearby too. Staff friendly and courteous All in all a good experience

TV in rood had no signal or sometimes fuzzy picture. I did not request a disabled room and this is what I got, I could not complain as the Que. was long for reception and I was in a hurry. It was not what I expected in this day and age.

Not for me, expensive for what it is.
First of all, I will say that the staff seemed great. Really polite and put a lot of effort in. The room however…. Not great. Dated, smelly, stained. It was my first time going back to a chain like hotel for many many years, but I won’t ever be going back to them.
