Great location in the heart of docklands. Rooms were very bland, some of the lights didn't work and the bathroom was like walking into a wardrobe. We thought it was too basic for the hefty price tag of £200 per night. The hotel staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was a real let down. The kitchen ran out of certain types of food and what was served was generally cold - even when it came straight out of the kitchen. One coffee machine for the whole restaurant and it kept breaking down so often long queues - not very Covid friendly ! We did raise this on checkout and received a part refund for the breakfast but if honest I would have rather had a really good breakfast. The views from the restaurant were amazing. I think the hotel was too reliant on the views and not focused enough on the customer experience. We wouldn't stay again

The view from our room and the bar/breakfast area was amazing! Pool and sauna were lovely and the staff made the whole stay wonderful. Would highly recommend and we will be returning!

Lovely hotel. Bed comfortable, we had an amazing view of London. Not too sure about the privacy screen between the bathroom and bedroom as when you put the light on in the bathroom is was like it was on in the bedroom too.

Very enjoyable stay - staff went out of their way to be helpful. Great views and lovely stay in suite room on 35th floor. Good breakfast choice. Hope to return again.

The property was clean, modern, spacious and quite. I would have rated the stay excellent if it was not for the bed. It comes down to personal preference but the mattress was extemely hard even with the mattress topper provided.
