Self-catering apartment in London, 400m from Chelsea Football Club and only 100m to Fulham Broadway Tube, giving you fast access to all of Central London. Red Double Decker buses are directly outside the building giving you all the best sightseeing routes taking you via Kings Road to Sloane Square, Westminster, Trafalgar Square and Bank. The rear of the building leads to a lovely park with tennis courts. Boris Bikes are available directly at the rear of the building as well.

-One bedroom with a super king bed and additional sleeping space comprising a double sofa bed

-Fully equipped kitchen: fridge freezer, a hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and a microwave

-Television in every room with Netflix and super-fast fibre optic internet access

-Professionally boiled and pressed linen and towels are included

-Parking is either on street metre parking, or the Fulham Broadway Car Park. Guests are responsible for the charges and we would advise coming by taxi and using the transport facilities as we are in a super central location.

House Rules:

- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am
- Smoking is not allowed. Ashtrays are provided outside
- We have a very strict no party policy and reserve the right to ask guests to leave if other guests in the building or neighbours are disturbed

- Pets are allowed, upon request, for an additional £30 charge but we do ask that they stay in the reception area and corridor area where we have wooden floors as the bedrooms have seagrass carpet which is easy to soil and cannot be cleaned

The house close to the subway, bus and supermarket. Clean and the communication with the owner was punctual and precise, we just didn't understand each other about the sheets for the third bed as there were 3 of us they had a supplement of 30 pounds on top of the booking we made. Super recommended apartment

Wonderful Place For A Visit To London
Brought my teenage son to the UK for his first overseas trip. This place was perfect. Very close to a tube station, several grocery stores and restaurants. The flat is lovely and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive. My son left a treasured souvenir when we had to leave in a rush because of the worldwide Crowdstrike IT outage. The owner helped us get it back. We will absolutely recommend this place and will stay again on our next trip.

Perfect spot
We very much enjoyed this lil flat while visiting London. for the week. The bus route is at the front steps, it is a five min walk to the district line-perfect! Tube station has a pharmacy, small grocery, Pret and other stores. We enjoyed staying in more of a neighborhood than in downtown London with all the noise! We walked to the common park behind the flat and saw kids running and practicing sports, moms chatting, outdoor exercise groups. I felt like we experienced more of London living here. We enjoyed the small patio area! Used it every day. The flat was clean, stocked with some spices, pots and pans for cooking, and cleaning tabs After a few days, we asked for extra towels and they came with a book that explained how to use the stove, AC and other tips. Thankfully my husband figured it all out before the book appeared. It would be nice to have more forks, and more than one set of bath/ hand towels per person. More than 1 dish towel for 1 week stay. There is a hairdryer, plug in fan, ironing board, umbrella and dying rack for clothes. Very nice! Very thankful for the clothes washer! Questions to the owner were quickly answered-much appreciated! We would happily stay here again.

Loved Every Minute!
Perfect home base for me and my husband to explore all of London. Given it was our first trip ever to this amazing city, we weren’t sure what to expect. This cozy flat had all the amenities and couldn’t have been in a more convenient, yet safe and quiet, location. We hope we can go back someday and do it all again! Thanks for a great experience!

Weekend to see A Chelsea FC match
Went to London to see a Chelsea FC match and wanted a place close to the stadium. I was not disappointed. The flat was less than a 5 minute walk to the Fulham Broadway tube station and less than a ten minute walk to Stamford Bridge. Being so close to the tube station made getting around London and from/to Heathrow Airport very convenient. The area around the flat is very nice and there are a lot of interesting restaurants to choose from. Many thanks to the owners. They were easy to reach and they were very responsive to way too many questions. The flat is perfect for two people with great views and comfortable furnishings. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit London.

Very close to the underground and Clare’s recommendation of the Fox and Pheasant restaurant nearby was terrific - even with a Chelsea win making every place packed out with happy fans. The Fox and Pheasant has a lovely earring area behind the bar that is a little oasis. The Tapas restaurant that you can see from the balcony is also incredible. The flat is clean and has a comfortable bed and linens and was very easy to find. Be aware that not all of the pans work on the induction stove. That created a little confusion one morning. But the kitchen has everything we needed and the Whole Foods or Sainabury markets within a few blocks supplied us with whatever food we wanted to cook in. The owner is easy to work with. We loved it.

Great little apartment with a beautiful balcony view of the adjacent park. Very welcoming and bright inside. Plenty of room for two and a third as the couch is ideal for sleeping too. Clare the owner was very helpful. Highly recommended. Go Chelsea!
