We booked the junior suite & arrived at the property at check in time, greeted by the reception OK, the carparking was offered free, the hotel outside had big window cleaning operation was going on & workers were smoking outside the entrance wasnt good, inside the hotel looked nice but could be more clean, The path to lift, carpets were coming off everywhere, Our suite was in 9th floor, it was very spacious, separate kitchen/bathroom, sitting area and large sleeping room, had working A/C. cosy bed, small tv and tea/coffee making facilities,mini fridge, the bathroom was good, sitting area was good,floor carpets was good but nothing much of special, there are sign's of well used bathroom, the decor all in need of uplifting, some wall areas off the paint and kitchen cold water would not come on. not a big deal but we had a sound/safe sleep over. the hotel is in a great spot, so if you are visiting wembley/wembley park its worth staying here, we didnt have any food/drink at the hotel so cannot comment. not bad, 7/10

I was a bit disappointed in this hotel. Our son went to breakfast early as he had to go off to work and thought that the food quality was poor. We therefore decided not to have breakfast there. the beds were comy and clean but we felt the outside looked a little 'tired'. it was a good hotel regarding location to the Starlight Exprtess venue.

Didn't Stay Long as I was at Wembley That Night and Got Back around 11 and Fell asleep around 1. Room was Massive, Bathroom was Clean. Bed Was Huge and Comfy, wonderful View and overall Just a great Room will 100% Book again in the future.

Room needs renovating! The bathroom sink was warped and a plug socket was damaged. The room was very run down and smelt a bit when we opened the door. The room itself and bedding were clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Food we had was very good. Ideal location for Wembley Stadium and although not cheap it was certainly not the most expensive near the facility. Would probably use again if visiting for an event at the stadium.

We were shocked when we pulled up
We stayed for AEW weekend. And the place looked like the front of the hotel is getting redone. However after checking in and going to our room on floor 8. The carpets looked dirty and un hoovered. Our room carpet definitely hadn't been hoovered a was glitter on the floor. Room furniture is well outdated. But you get what you pay for I guess. To be fair when we pulled up we thought we had the wrong hotel as looks nothing like the hotel imagine. So we double checked the postcode.

Location was Perfect for T Swift Comcert
If you are looking for a place to stay for a concert at Wembley, this is the spot. Five stars for location. It appears to be an older hotel and they are starting to make upgrades. But, the room was spacious and clean. This is not the Ritz. However, the staff were very friendly and accommodating to allow early checkin. It was perfect for what we needed -- a place to get ready and to walk to and from the venue (and I use a cane)!

This hotel is very run down. The mattresses were absolutely horrible. The AC barely worked. There was loud banging outside early morning as they were doing maintenance on the side of the building.
