Our major gripe about this “airport” hotel is that one has to access it via taxi or local bus. It is not served by the airport hotel shuttles. The hotel itself is fine although the range of dining options is limited.

This has been our 3rd stay at this property twice in the last 2 months. Friendly staff, Excellent sized rooms, Nice bar/restaurant area and perfectly located for Terminal 2.

This hotel was very affordable and clean. It is a generic business travel hotel in every way. So fine, spacious and a bit soulless. The only downside is that it is a complete pain in the neck to get to. I used the car service the hotel recommended, and it cost £65 for the drive from the hotel.

If I could give Marriott a zero-star rating, I would. They advertise many services that they don't actually provide, such as shuttle service, which is a major inconvenience. I arrived at 11 PM and was informed that they have a night menu. However, when I called room service to ask for that menu, they told me they didn’t have any food available. This was another misrepresentation. The service was miserable, and overall, I felt I didn't receive the quality expected from Marriott.
