Got a positive COVID test the morning of my stay so rang to ask to change the date to 2 days later. couldn't due their Ts+Cs. as the receptionist explained "all our staff here have covid so its fine"

Shower was broken in our room. reception did there best to resolve our problem and we was given a free breakfast for the incontinence. Every member of staff we met was friendly and so helpfully during our stay.
