Excellent stay and service!
We came in for an overnight stay from Wales. It was late and sat at the bar for drinks and food. The bartender, Ricardo was was polite and attentive. He made sure we were well going out of his way to ensure the other patrons had their needs met. It was a refreshing change from the other hotels and other service offered at the other sites stayed throughout our visit.

No Common Sense
I had to contact the Assistant Manager. We were Handicapped in the sense that my Wife couldn't use a bath tub or climb stairs. What did you do. You gave us a Wheelchair unit that we had to walk forever to reach. Everything was at wheelchair level causing use to have to bend to use facilities and the check in and restaurant was over 500 ft from the room. Thanks but no thabks won't be coming back.

Good, clean hotel right next to the airport. Some of the room could do with a bit of tidying up - back of the door has blown from water/shower. But a good hotel, worry considering it's location to the airport and people coming and going all day & night. Lovely smell throughout the hotel - a pilot commented that it's the same smell throughout all Leonardo hotels worldwide! Definitely a great place to stay if you are flying out of Heathrow.

Quick one night stay after arriving with a later flight. Restaurant was opened until 10:30 which gave us just enough time to grab a quick bite. Perfect for what we needed.

Stayed here a lot but the breakfast service wasn't as good as before. Bacon and scrambled eggs were replenished during my stay in the restaurant and the Danish pastries were so hard I couldn't eat them. Overall still a good comfortable room

Good choice for Heathrow.
A pleasant 2-day stay in a clean, well-equipped room. Staff were accommodating to change our room from the one assigned, due to noise from the elevator. Very convenient to Heathrow. A few restaurants and shops in walking distance.
