Thank you for your feedback, we always there from 9am-1900. As it is a small house comprises of 9 rooms we don't provide 24 hrs reception services. However we always recommend the guests to ask for any room cleaning or extra stuffs if they required to do so. Sorry for any inconveniences but we will make sure nothing happens like this further.
