Having to log into Internet multiple times a day by submitting an email address is not a good solution in a hotel. Charging to hold luggage if you arrive a couple hours before the room is ready is another way of making your guest feel like money pinching is what the hotel is about and not hospitality.

A gem of a property

Great Location, the best area of London imo. Hotel room is small but clean ..the shower is excellent. I will stay here again!

OK but nothing more

Location is perfect for Greenwich / O2 conference. Lights had mind of their own and card had to be repeatedly inserted to get them to work and then stay on. Carpet in room was stained and damp - seems had been shampooed but smelled damp when returning in the evenings. One major negative was an ironing room rather than having an iron in the room - can't remember last time had that, felt more like a youth hostel.

Keycard issues, tv remote control and not having tea/coffee provided. 3 trips to reception was an inconvenience and being told “It’s not my fault it’s housekeeping” by the receptionist is not helpful. Not the standard u was expecting with the price I paid
