OK but nothing more

Location is perfect for Greenwich / O2 conference. Lights had mind of their own and card had to be repeatedly inserted to get them to work and then stay on. Carpet in room was stained and damp - seems had been shampooed but smelled damp when returning in the evenings. One major negative was an ironing room rather than having an iron in the room - can't remember last time had that, felt more like a youth hostel.

Keycard issues, tv remote control and not having tea/coffee provided. 3 trips to reception was an inconvenience and being told “It’s not my fault it’s housekeeping” by the receptionist is not helpful. Not the standard u was expecting with the price I paid

Very noisy. It was very hot during our trip and the air conditioning was non existent. We both sweated a lot during our week stay at night. The bathroom was extremely small. And the shower was dangerously unbalanced. I had a difficult time getting in and out truthfully, it was scary. No hand rails to get inside the shower either. Other than those things the staff was wonderful, it was very clean and charming. Great location as well.

We stayed to vist the Greenwich area and to go to a concert at the 02 arena. Room was clean with all the usual facilities, staff were friendly and check in and out was easy. Would recommend the hotel and be happy to stay again.

Comfortable, clean room in a great location for Greenwich and the O2. A short overland train journey into the centre of London. No frills and small, but great value for London.
