Hotel room was very tidy and clean. Bathroom was spotless Great hotel as your a 10minute uber drive from the 02 which was great for us.

I had a short stay with my daughter. The room smell molded and was noisy. We could hear everyone walking outside. It was summer and no AC in the room which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. There was no breakfast option for kids unfortunately. The bath sink had 2 seperate tap. I thought that was a joke but one tap had hot boiling water and the other cold water. I stayed with my daughter, she could have burn herself if i ddnt check it out.

Friendly staffed budget accommodation, ticks the boxes, with train (DLR) &bus (literally in front) within less than 5mins fast walk. Situated close to up & coming Canary Wharf, it’s perfect for a short stay. The hotel itself is showing its age though; but not a major issue - you’re only there to sleep after a day of exploring London.

The good, bad and smelly.

Big signs in car park "pay before hotel check in" but at check in you get a 30% discount which can't be retrospectively applied. Room allocated had a bad sewer Odour which caused us to request a different room. New room was ok. TV was awful. Unresponsive and proprietary menu clunky. Just let travellers use own apps or screen share. Otherwise - great location. Comfortable room. Competitive price. Good staff. Would use again for gigs at O2.
