Sparkling bathroom, comfortable bed with crisp sheets, good coffee and tea options in room. Good breakfast buffet with an excellent latte. All staff friendly and professional. It was my third stay and I will visit again.

Xanadu is a lovely boutique hotel, superbly located close to transport, shops, restaurants, bars, tube and mainline stations , bus stops and parks. It has welcoming, friendly and efficient staff, comfortable beds, quite rooms, efficient Air con, powerful shower , complimentary water and tea/ coffee biscuits in room . and its a great place to stay

The standard of the rooms has gone down. We did get moved into another room because our room was dirty. The Hotel needs renovating.

Convenient location, currently being refurbished.

The hotel is in a very convenient location within walking distance to Ealing Broadway station. It has a very small carpark which you are charged for. Our room was comfortable, however we had to move rooms early evening as apparently our bath was leaking. Joy, from reception, was very apologetic and gave us complimentary drinks as well as breakfast,which was much appreciated. I booked this hotel due to location and the fact I could use my Tesco clubcard rewards. At the time of booking I was unaware that the hotel bar/ restaurant was undergoing refurbishment (needed as looks dated). We ate our breakfast in dimly lit conditions. Good selection of breakfast items on offer, well made coffee and good service by friendly staff.
