Lovely stay and well maintained. Really friendly staff. In a really great location, tube is a few min walk.
Only negative would be the parking. It states parking available but there are only 4 spaces. I would suggest updating the listing to say “Very limited parking”. However, there was parking available near by on street.
Overall a great stay, will stay again.
Great hotel near Gunnersby Park. Friendly staff, clean and good amenities.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
OK
Overall an average stay. Main negative was the very loud door closing on other rooms meaning if you want to lie in there’s no chance. Overall decor standard wasn’t as nice as the photos in real life. It was clean and tidy though and positives were staff, location, close by nice cafes and value for money in the area. We probably wouldn’t stay again but it suited the needs of our trip this time.
Stopped here while visiting Wembley Stadium for a gig, decided to walk although wouldn’t recommend it alone or at dusk.
Great hotel, everything you need, air con, tea, coffee, great value.
Shame about breakfast not being available but Rolled Oats is 50m away and a great coffee shop.
Parking is restricted but we parked at the station about 70m away.
Parking- there is only enough spaces for 4. Cars. First come first served with 30 other rooms.
Carpets all stained
Floor boards creak very loudly
Banging all different times of the morning and outside in garden area.
Toilet roll is like tracing paper
No bar as advertised
Not enough parking shouldn’t advertise parking
Easy check in, friendly service. Just make sure you have enough money on you because they charge the room rate plus breakage liability (deposit returned at checkout).
They make you sign numerous house rules, plus a breakage liability form. Normally hotels just hold your card on file in this instance but they ask for payment on a set fee upfront.
This does state on hotels.com prior to booking they would charge a fee, but you would think they just hold the card in the event damage occurs. Such a shame this happens as it’s a lovely hotel.
So I paid for a city view room, I got allocated a disabled room on the ground floor opposite reception which really was not ideal. My other half told me not to complain but I had thought we would be allocated a room higher up overlooking the city side (not allocated a disabled room)
The room itself though was small but lovely and everything you need, very modernised including little free extras such as water, shampoo etc.
The room is definitely not soundproof though we went out for a concert, came back late and got woken up by the cleaner at 08:30 on a Sunday morning cleaning the reception area banging on the walls and doors.
Makes you laugh when you have to sign a form to say no loud noise but they can so incredibly early.
Overall it’s a great location to get connections into the city, room is small but clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again but I would suggest asking to be moved upstairs rather than the reception.
