We walked into our room hours after the designated check in time, and the room was messy, as well as the bed being still unmade. It still had not been cleaned out after the last guests.

Outstanding cost-effectiveness
Who could expect that so close to the famous parks and the public tranportations for this low price! The room is small with the bed which looks like for the smallest bear, but it has ensuit bath room! Two things I felt a bit unhappy. 1: there are no sidetable, or even a small box within reach. 2:its too noisy(of course the hotel is at a busy road) but I had to open the window because the fan didnt work well.

Lovely staff
This was an emergency booking and I'm glad I chose them. The gentleman in reception was very polite and friendly, the lady was kind and helpful and offered to look after my suitcase after checking out so I could visit the area. Very positive experience.

Went for Stevie nicks, you get what you pay for, it’s alright for what it is. There’s a bit of mold in the bathroom, window cill was very dirty. But it’s not like I’ve paid for all inclusive and stuff it’s the bare minimum but it’s good. Comfy beds. Bathroom was very small but it does what it’s needed

Holland Inn Hotel is such an amazing hotel for the value. Rooms are very small but I wasn’t spending time in my room. The staff was great and made check-in easy and my all around experience was very positive.

Below Average Hotel but friendly service
Weekend break. Room was very small, hotel and room very dated but clean. Could not get any sleep as the room by next to a busy road and lots of noises from the hotel. Room was very hot and no air con but did have a fan. This did not help much. The lady on reception however was helpful and friendly.

The room was disgusting.Mucky matress.Dirty skirting boards. No air conditioning.Just a fan. Bed was a camp bed.Not enough room too move.Water dripping from upstairs.Old pillows.Wouldn’t recommend this place

The hotel made us wait gputs to check in saying that expedia had overlooked the hotel and made us wait ill 6 am to check in when another guest left and promised us a refund that in the morning they offered another free night amd we never got any mobey back . The staff basically gave our room to another guest and made us wait put all night outside. They lied about the overbooking. Horrible experience as my fiance had to go to the hospital to do kimotherapy and she didn't go because she was exhausted.
