Nice hotel with a good breakfast.
Good Holiday Inn Express, close to the O2. Clean tidy and a good breakfast. Overall a very nice hotel in Docklands.

Location is good near the train station, but the hitel is very old. The staff seems always angry and not happy to talk especially at reception.

Great location for O2 Arena
Nice little hotel, ideal location for O2 arena and concerts. You can expect the usual good standard you generally get from this hotel group. The staff were friendly and helpful too. With a good breakfast and handy O2 location. There is a sainsbury express across the road, a Mc Donald's nearly, 6 mins walk to tube and bus. A short walk to a cable car that takes you right to tho O2. Or one stop on tube to the Arena. Tip: hang back after the concert and let the human traffic disperse, the masses will be mostly going the other direction so 45 mins should do the trick. If you are lucky the cable car will be running and you could try that.

I liked that the hotel was near the Underground. The homeless encampment under the A13 highway was concerning. The staff was generally nice but one time, I asked the person at the desk for a “Do not disturb” sign and she was quite snippy. Another time, one of the dining room staff seemed terrified of my husband, though he was nothing but respectful and polite. The room was generally clean, but there was some mold around the caulk in the shower, and the shower itself was difficult to aim because it wouldn’t hold its position. Another issue was the stain on the wall. God only knows what it was.

We stayed here for one night so that we could visit the Olympic Stadium at Stratford, to watch the MLB London Series. The staff were all friendly and helpful, car parking was available at the rear of the hotel priced at £15 per 24 hours. A 5 minute walk gets you to the Canning Town Tube station, so it is convenient.for travel around London. Breakfast was buffet style, and had a wide range of food that should suit all tastes. The Full English was good. The rooms were spacious and clean, so it was an ideal hotel for an overnight stay for us. I would use it again.

Room was incredibly hot and the provided air-conditioning unit seemed faulty and would only run for 3 minutes every half an hour. Not much sleep as a result.

A great budget friendly hotel ideally situated for the O2 arena. Friendly staff to greet you and check in was simple. Lovely complimentary hot breakfast provided with fresh tastey items to suit everyone. So pleased we chose this hotel

Needs a refurb to continue charging this price…
Free breakfast was good. Okay transport connections. Ideal for airport. Staff friendly. Rooms in relatively tired condition. First room we were given didn’t have working air conditioning. Tried to fob us off with a fan on a hot evening. Then moved to accessible room which was fine but rather inconvenient as a tall person with everything at knee height. Would be great if it was just £75-100 a night but at this price it’s just not good enough.

Not so good!
We’ve stayed in a few Holiday Inns but this has to be the worst experience we’ve had. The room was a reasonable size for a HI but the bed was the smallest we’ve ever had on our UK trip! The bed was comfy but small and the pillows were very flat. We had a sofa bed as well but a bigger bed would have been better. The bathroom and shower were a good size though and the water was good. Breakfast was a disaster! We arrived before 9 thinking we’d avoid the early rush only to find very little on offer! When we asked if things would be replenished we were greeted with a non committal reply and no more food arrived!! There was no milk with the tea & coffee station so I had to carry my hot tea to the other side of the room and dodge the kids running around! There were many families there filling up on anything that was left and taking it away for their days food! Good thing we had a pre arranged lunch!! Parking available on site and reasonable at £15. Hopefully my next HI stay is better!!

Overnight stay. Room clean and comfortable. Radiator was on and it didn’t occur to us that it would be as the weather was hot (May) so room was too warm. Breakfast ok but not enough choice of fresh fruit.
