Breakfast was really good and plenty. The rooms are a bit small, but we didn’t have tons of luggage so we made it work. We did get the one room where the A/C didn’t work properly the first night, but the staff was helpful in finding a solution.

The rooms were average size if not a bit small, but comfortable. We stayed for a week and there was not a lot of room for clothing storage. The best part for us was the free breakfast, which was a full breakfast and probably saved us 300-400 U.S. dollars over the course of the week. Food can be expensive in London

Dog friendly
This is a super dog friendly hotel. Dogs are allowed in the restaurant too. Impeccable service by the staff team especially NAD and MARIA. The air conditioning was not working when we arrived. However, NAD immediately sorted it by changing our room. We will be back soon.

Great location, subway 8 minutes walk, busses 2 minutes walk, shopping nearby and convenient stores and restaurant. The breakfast was great, with lots of food items. The cleaning staffs were wonderful.

This area is perfect it’s has so many shops nearby restaurants nearby and the tube is literally up the street which is perfect for transportation. The staff is super friendly and nice the room was a good size clean and comfortable

It can be noisy in the morning when the bottles were being collected. The pouring of many bottles into the truck is really loud.

Hotel was clean food was fine staff where adequately friendly If staying I would advise asking for room at front of hotel as we got a family room at back of hotel beside railway tracks and I got hardly any sleep the whole 3 days with the underground going past every 10 mins

Lovely room but overpriced for what it was but it is London. Breakfast was not a good experience small dining room and not the best quality of food.
