I was booked 6 rooms because I booked 3 family rooms. Had I knew this is how family rooms were booked I would have booked 1 family room and 1 room. This complete wasted money and was unnecessary You should have been more specific in relation to what a family room is….. I could have drastically reduced my booking. Not a happy customer.

Convenient for early morning flights. Comfortable bed and quiet. We found the connection to other terminals via trains too time consuming and got a taxi to Terminal 5 in the morning. Front desk can order the taxi for you the night before.

The rooms with two twin beds were very small but clean and efficient. The closet was great and having an ironing board and iron as well as a hairdryer was great. But the most amazing thing about this hotel ( besides being a short walk thru some hallways to the terminal 4 at LHR) is the beautiful open dining areas and break out areas . Breakfast was buffet and so delicious and the staff were wonderful. Samara really went out of her way to help us and was so lovely and thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
