Our two meals in the cafe were excellent. Food was delicious and service wonderful. Special thanks for the evening manager. Friendly, thoughtful and went that extra bit to make our experience great.

non-flexible booking policy towards tired travellers resulting in being out of pocket has ruined an otherwise comfortable stay, we will avoid Hilton products in the future

the hotel itself and facilities was acceptable, the front of house staff amenable but the expense incurred by back of house staff handling of confused booking for tired travellers and the unwillingness to be flexible has left us out of pocket with no course for any assistance means we will avoid using any Hilton services again, no matter how conveniently located

There are better options

My sheets were dirty, stained in multiple places. My towel smelled horribly when I grabbed it after my shower, with a strong stench of smoke. I called down to the desk as it was nearly 11:45 (23:45) when I checked in but no one answered. I ended up sleeping on just what appeared to be a clean sheet in my full clothes. When we checked in, the front desk said the bar was still open so we went over and were promptly told it had been closed for some time. Overall, it was awful.
