In a dilapidated area, felt unsafe. Booked a room for 3, sofa bed was atrocious, very uncomfortable my 14yo daughter struggled to sleep. Room was tight in the configuration.

The rooms are very small, when we got there the sofa bed was already laid out. When we put it back to a sofa for more space in the room the mess underneath was disgusting. There was so much dirt and dust. Doubt it’s been cleaned under there recently. The rooms were okay, very small if you’re having 3 to a room. Tube station across the road and a few options for food around the hotel. When we checked in the receptionist barely spoke to us only to ask for payment, nothing mentioned about the free breakfast included in the price. We had to ask to make sure it was included. The breakfast was okay, good selection of food. However, the hashbrowns were either too hard or like cardboard. Not sure how much this hotel usually costs as we went for Taylor Swift but I would definitely not pay the price it cost again to stay here.

Beautiful hotel with great staff and breakfast. Unfortunately the highway runs right in front of the hotel. That said our hotel room was super quiet.

the hotel worked really well for our purposes. it was clean, functional, staff were friendly and efficient and we were pleased with our stay. thank you. (only complaint might be that the bar was almost completely empty by the time we got there at 5.30pm on Saturday- perhaps due to the Bruce Springsteen concert goers who all had the same idea!! it wasnt a big problem, but worth bearing in mind.
