An okay stay for short time
We were created by friendly staff who made the check in easy. The room was okay, needs a proper clean though, finger print and hand marks seen on the door. Also, had the sofa bed pulled out for a bed, but the duvet was made up of a mattress topper and not an actual duvet. Breakfast was included in the stay, was nice but scrambled eggs tasted like they were powder

To be honest I expected more, considering it's Hilton hotel. The breakfast was just average, no vegan options and not allergy friendly. Food was cold, croissant tasted stale. Mentioned this to staff and didn't even receive an apology. I paid a 100 should have just stayed in Travelodge.

Good Hotel with a lovely room and comfortable bed. But the breakfast restaurant was chaos two coffee machines both out order dirty crockery not cleared and far to many guests trying to get served needs a manager to sort it out.

My stay at London docks
Had no problems checking in, customer service was good, air con wasn’t working in our room, asked if some one could help us, ten min after we was in diff room with working air con, could do with a proper hoovering as rooms was dusty, stairwells & corridors too but no other problems, it’s right next to London city air port, beautiful walk & sunset views to walk

The body odor of the housekeeper on my floor stank out the entire floor. It was absolutely awful. No wash cloths were provided. Other than that it was okay.
